Introduction:
The Laminated MDF Production Line is an advanced manufacturing process that produces Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) with a laminated surface. Advantage:
1. Improvement of production efficiency
The new press uses a straight-through filling valve combined with a servo motor to drive the oil pump to realize rapid lifting and pressurization of the hot press, which can shorten the auxiliary time of the existing production machinery to about half of the old press.
2. Energy saving
Accumulators are used to increase pressure to reduce the workload of the oil pump. The servo motor can control the start and stop of the oil pump more accurately. It can be automatically adjusted according to the actual use of the press, reducing power consumption and prolonging the service life of the oil pump.
3. Improve boiler thermal efficiency
With the increase of the hot-pressing channel, the thermal conductivity of the workpiece is obvious, the load of the boiler is reduced, and the utilization rate of heat energy is improved. The use of polymer heat shield can reduce the heat conduction to the frame and oil cylinder, and reduce the waste of heat. The use of temperature control valves can precisely control the temperature, and the use of clean natural gas boilers can greatly improve the environmental protection effect.
