Usage:
First time use:Just clcik metal disc to activate.First flex the metal disc inside the pad, the special liquid gel will starts to crystallize. Press the pad gently until all the gel has solidified.
The pad can reach 50-57° and can stay warm at least 30 minutes.
After that the liquid should trun cool and you could use it according to the below step:
1.please wrap it with a towel or a cotton fabric and put the hardened pad into boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
2.Please avoid the surface of the pad touching the heating container directly or it will melt.
3.Wait until the crystals are 100% melted (even one tiny crystal left in the liquid will cause the whole pad to re-solidify quickly).
4.Remove the pad and place it on a towel to cool. When the pad cools down, it is ready to be used again
