Standard Tabular Alumina is made from high-purity alumina and sintered in an ultra-high temperature shaft kiln under rapid heating and rapid cooling. Standard Tabular Alumina has a distinct and well-developed α-alumina plate crystal structure with a crystal growth length of 30-200 um and a large number of tiny closed pores in the crystal.

In 1995, jinan pingyin lu nai new material factory, founded by zhang huiyou as the technical director, approved the project of "Tabular Alumina" by jinan science and technology commission, and started construction in July of that year. In order to develop national industry and break the foreign monopoly on products, we use industrial grade alumina as raw material, in order to produce the high-quality and cheap board corundum products that can afford by the material resistant enterprises.
